Terms of Service

1. Services Provided Signal 5 Media provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Paid Search Ads, Local Service Ads, and Listings Management.

2. Payment Terms Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each service month. Failure to pay may result in a temporary suspension of ad campaigns.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide necessary access (Google Business Profile, Ad Accounts, etc.) in a timely manner. Signal 5 Media is not responsible for performance delays caused by lack of client access or communication.

4. Results Disclaimer While we use data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, advertising performance is subject to market fluctuations and platform algorithm changes. Signal 5 Media does not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.

5. Cancellation Subscriptions may be cancelled with [30 days] written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service already rendered.
